Our gorgeous selection of relaxing, refreshing & skin-boosting facials are available at Monni’s using the high quality Clinicare Product Range.

The Clinicare products contain a very low molecular weight of hyaluronic acid so much more of it can be absorbed into the skin and therefore be more effective in the skin rejuvenation & anti-ageing process. The products are 100% vegan and contain either natural or bio-identical ingredients. In other words the bad stuff is stripped out and replaced with the closest possible natural equivalent. There is therefore a very low risk of allergic reaction to these treatments.

All facials last approximately 45 – 60 minutes from start to finish.

All facials are unisex, none are specific to gender so can be enjoyed by everyone simple as a pamper or a regular treat.

All facials on this page are non-invasive treatments and have no down-time to the skin healing process. You can therefore have them at any time of the day or evening to suit your diary.

As with everything consistency is key and so a course of facials is always better, being consistent with your skin care regime will always give better results. See our facial 'bundles' on offer to help get you onboard with this.

Most facials can be carried out alongside other facial treatments and aesthetics work but always speak with us to check. It is always important to tell us everything we need to know with other treatments and medical history so that we can be safe & achieve good results for you.

We will always recommend a good day and night regime using quality products for your skin and we can offer bespoke advice on the use of the Clinicare Homecare range and other products at the time of your treatment. There is no hard-sell and we will only ever promote what we truly believe in. Clinicare has been selected as a top-quality, whilst affordable product range by Monni's.

'REFRESH' RANGE

The ‘Classic’ Facial £40

Offers a targeted facial treatment which can be tailored to your needs. A nice, simple facial that cleanses and exfoliates to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and help unclog blocked pores. We can either use a ceramide or a gel mask, depending on your skin type, helping to improve elasticity, improve skin’s moisture retention capacity & encourage skin cell rejuvenation. It will also improve the appearance of hyperpigmentation and/or brown spots & smooth uneven skin texture and tone. You will feel a sense of radiance at the end!

Suitable for all skin types and a good ‘go to’ facial.

The ‘Glow’ Brightening Facial £40

A brightening facial that specifically targets hyperpigmentation and evens out skin tone using active ingredients such as Vitamin C, which improves the skin’s natural defences while boosting radiance. After a good cleanse & exfoliation to remove the top layer of dead skin cells a Vitamin-C mask will be applied to infuse the skin. Stimulating the synthesis of collagen helping to minimise fine lines and wrinkles the mask is rich in antioxidants to fight free radicals caused by sun damage. We use a powerful anti-ageing retinol day cream perfect for combating the signs of ageing & restoring radiance. This treatment can improve the visibility of brown spots, hyper-pigmentation. A gorgeous pamper to be had.

'PAMPER' RANGE

The ‘Cinderella’ Facial £45

Restore radiance with re-hydrated, plumped and smoother skin with a natural luminosity lasting up to 48 hours!

Ideal for that special occasion and want to be prepared to be the face of the night? Help your face feel clean, refreshed, and rejuvenated ready for that special night out. After a cleanse and exfoliation, we boost the skin with a mesotherapy cocktail of Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s) (without injecting) to help fight free radicals and boost skin cell regeneration. A mask will then be applied containing a high concentration of low molecular hyaluronic acid amongst other products helping to tackle loss of firmness, wrinkles, tone, dehydration, photo-damaged skin and pigmentation problems. Have a tinted moisturiser applied to finish off your facial and set the base of your make-up.

The ‘Pure’ Complexion Clearing Facial £45

This complexion-clearing and anti-inflammatory facial soothes, re-hydrates and helps activate skin rejuvenation. This facial involves a good cleanse and exfoliation to clean the skin and remove dead skin cells. A mask is then applied containing hyaluronic acid, beta glucan and Niacinamide. The long-lasting anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties result in intensive relief, skin rejuvenation and hydration to troubled skin and acne like conditions.

Suitable for those suffering with troublesome skin and breakouts.

LED Light therapy can be added to any of the above facials £10 per 10 minutes, max 20 minutes per session.

'HEAVENLY' RANGE

The ‘Carboxytherapy’ Facial £50

Skin rejuvenation, anti-ageing and tightening treatment. A gorgeous, non-invasive & anti-inflammatory facial soothes, rehydrates & helps activate skin rejuvenation using carbon-dioxide infusion to encourage an increased flow of oxygen into the skin. It is non-invasive and has no down-time, so you are good to continue with your day. A course of these can be carried out in weekly intervals to form part of your beauty regime. To be a stand-alone treatment on the day and not combined with anything else.

LED Light Therapy Facial £50

A beautiful facial that cleanses, exfoliates & tones the skin. Clinicare 2 in 1 Vitamin C is then applied and you will have the LED Light Therapy Beauty Mask on for between 10-15 minutes. The choice of colour used in the LED Light Therapy will be tailored to your skin type and requirements. It works on the skin at a cellular level to rejuvenate, accelerate healing and combat acne. After this a face mask will be applied, once again to suit your skin and it will be finished off with a beautiful moisturiser.

LUMIXA Fluorescent Light Energy Facials

Using Lumixa, a patented product range this unique multi-action treatment helps to repair, regenerate and energise the skin. The Fluorescent light energy technology used in this Luxurious treatment has been proved scientifically to achieve some fantastic results, so much quicker than some of the other skin care treatments we have available on the market today. The light stimuli from the Blue LED-light technology produces photophysical & photochemical reactions in the skin. With this treatment you have up to 20 minutes a time of LED-light therapy so there is so much opportunity for those Nano-waves to penetrate the skin to make this treatment much more effective than others. The FLE gels used also react with the Blue light as though they are receiving all the colours of the spectrum from a light therapy perspective so your skin is getting a whammy of benefits in this short space of time. This from a value for money perspective when we think of our skincare is a huge plus!

A series of 5 treatments is recommended to maximise results, which can be 7-14 days apart. Both products as below (Normaliser & Collagen-boosting) can be used within your specific course of treatment. Booster treatments can then be maintained after a break of 12-18 weeks to allow time to see full results.

It can also be used alongside and in conjunction with other anti-ageing treatments such as fillers and Botox etc to achieve maximum results. Discuss with both us and your other skin clinicians to help achieve fab results as timings of your treatments need to be planned.

Whilst this is a non-invasive treatment and there isn't usually down-time, in most cases, depending on your skin type you may experience some initial redness (lighter skin types) or bronze tinging to the skin (mainly in darker skin types). This is transient and will disappear.

It is a very versatile treatment and can be done any time of the year however aftercare, in the use of a good SPF cream is a must to ensure the skin isn't damaged. Please make sure you have one prior to treatment or ensure your talk to us to review our home skincare range.

Whilst the treatments are suitable for all skin types there are some medical contraindications to this treatment so we will need to complete a tailored medical questionnaire prior to your planned treatment to ensure you can go ahead.

LUMIXA Normaliser Fluorescent Facial £85

The Lumixa Normaliser facial targets inflammation (the skins natural ageing process), it will draw inflammation out of the skin - redness, dullness, tiredness. It is good for those with dehydrated skin and/or those with a weak skin matrix. It is a good starting treatment as number 1 in your series of treatments or to boost your skincare regime off! It will help to de-stress the skin and start that collagen-boosting process.

LUMIXA Collagen-boosting Fluorescent Facial £85

The Lumixa Collagen-boosting facial targets all those signs of ageing as above - redness, tiredness, dullness plus those such as fine lines and wrinkles and loss of density. The gel formula in this treatment stimulate fibroblasts and collagen production. It helps to reduce pore size and appearance of fine lines whilst improving the texture and structure of the skin. These really are a good set of anti-ageing facials with no aggressive invasion.
