In order to perform our treatments in a safe environment and to achieve the best possible results we can when working with you we will obtain the following personal details from you:

We will only obtain the above information from yourselves at the time of booking/consultation or performing a treatment.
We will not obtain personal information from third parties.
We need to obtain the information we do to administer the correct treatments and products for you. Your safety is paramount. Our decisions for treatments and product usage will be based on the information you provide to us.
From time to time, we will use your contact information to send you details about our treatments, products and/or any offers we are running. If you don’t wish to receive these, you can notify us at anna@monnisbrowandbeauty.co.uk.
We may sometimes use before and after pictures to monitor and analyse results. We minimise the areas concerned for privacy purposes and focus on the areas concerned only. We may use the photo’s for marketing purposes but will ask your permission and we never display names of clients on any material produced as a result of use.
We (unless you have expressly asked us to and given permission to) will not share your information with any other party whatsoever.

Your information is securely stored. Your information will often be a combination of manual records, securely stored, or electronic files, securely stored in the cloud.

It will not be held longer than needed and after 12-18 months of non-contact between you and Monni’s Brow & Beauty Limited, we will confidentially destroy your contact and any other details we hold for you. Manual records will be confidentially shredded. Electronic details will be permanently deleted.
